At Franklin Deals, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our refund and return policy is designed to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.
Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@franklindeals.site with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Custom or personalized items.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged lamp, we are happy to exchange it at no additional cost.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our standard policy.
